IBM

Dynamic Infrastructure

2009 represents a year of change and opportunity for New Zealand businesses. The 2009 Business Partner awards recognises organisations that have demonstrated considerable business value to their customers, by implementing successful IT projects using IBM technologies.

Each entry will need to highlight:
Good account management leading to positive customer satisfaction.
A solution that addresses the customer's business needs and delivers benefits.
Good service, support and technical expertise.
Pre-sales, technical and implementation capability.

The primary focus will be on the customer solution, not your business growth. Therefore, there is no limitation on the solution size or dollar value. All deals must be completed and implemented within the period from 1 August, 2008 until 1 August, 2009.

How do we create an infrastructure that drives down cost, is intelligent and secure, and is just as dynamic as today’s business climate?

Traditionally, IT infrastructures have been designed and implemented to support an organisation’s known needs at a particular point in time. Increasingly, however, organisations need to be able to implement new business initiatives quickly, while responding to changes in the market.
Judges will be looking for solutions that highlight an infrastructure that is cost effective, service orientated, secure and resilient.
